LOKK
Money you cannot get back early
$4,200
Locked until
There is no button on this page that releases it.
Not a hidden one, not one two screens deep, not one a support agent can reach. The release condition is a timestamp, so until that date the money will not move for anybody, including the people who built this.
Why the others do not work
Every savings app has a back door.
Not because they are badly built. Because a company that holds your money must be able to give it back, which means somebody, somewhere, can always be persuaded to release it. Usually that somebody is you.
Any lock a human can override is a lock you can argue your way out of at 2am. There is nobody to email here, because there is no mechanism to email them about.
Early withdrawal is usually two screens deep with a small penalty attached. A penalty is a price, and a price is permission.
A savings account is one transfer away, which is why "I will put it in savings" has never once worked. A transfer out is not an available operation until the date passes.
The usual last resort. It does nothing here. The lock does not live in an app, so removing the app changes nothing about where the money sits.
The whole product
You can add to a lock. You can never open one early.
That is the only rule, and it is the reason this works where willpower does not. The decision gets made once, on a calm day, instead of every day forever.
$LOKK
Locking paysStake $LOKK to raise the yield on your own locks.
Decide once, on a calm day.
Then stop deciding.
